ODO NO TUNFA ICHI


1. - Attention Stance, REI,
2. - Move left foot out to Yoi Position, Reishiki (double inside block, flip up, rotate downward, back, then back to double inside block position),
3. - Shift right foot back into Left Seisan Stance, Left Upward Closed Tunfa Block,
4. - Step forward into Right Seisan Stance, Right Punch with Tunfa, Right Open Bladed Strikes (diagional upward, diagional downward, downward and upward),
5. - Step forward into Left Seisan Stance, Left Punch with Tunfa, Left Open Bladed Swings (diagional upward, diagional downward, downward and upward),
6. - Step forward into Right Seisan Stance, Right Punch with Tunfa, Right Open Bladed Swings (diagional upward, diagional downward, downward and upward),
7. - Scoot step forward staying in Right Seisan Stance, Left Reverse Punch, Right Lunge Punch,
8. - Look left pivoting 90 degrees into Left Seisan Stance, Left Upward Closed Tunfa Block,

24. - Move left foot in and them back into Side Nai Hanchi Stance leaning back on left foot (left side fade), combination Left Outside and Right Downward Blocks with closed tunfa,
25. - Pivoting on right foot, jump up and spin completely around landing back down into Left Seisan Stance facing front, Left Upward closed Tunfa Block,
26. - Step forward into Right Seisan Stance, right Punch, Left Punch,
27. - Right foot moves back and out to Side Nai Hanchi Stance leaning back on right leg (right fade), combination Right Outside and Left Downward Blocks with closed tunfa, shift lean to left (left fade), combination Left Outside and Right Downward Blocks with closed tunfa,
28. - Pivoting on right foot, jump up and spin completely around landing back down into Left Seisan Stance facing front, Left Upward Closed Tunfa Block,
29. - Left hand remains in upward block position while scooting forward remaining into Left Seisan Stance, Right Punch, KIAI,
30. - Move right foot up to left out into Nai Hanchi Stance (facing front), Reishiki (double inside block, flip up, rotate downward, back, then back to double inside block position) ,
31. - Left foot up to right into Attention Stance, REI.
