2. - Step out to left into Yoi Position facing front, Double Clearing Blocks,
3. - Pivoting on right foot shift back into Left Cat Stance, Left Inside Forearm Block, Right Cross Body Punch,
4. - Shift out on left foot and bring right foot to left into On-guard Position facing front, slow Left Cross body Punch with breath,
5. - Shift out into Right Cat Stance, Right Inside Forearm Block, Left Cross Body Punch,
6. - Shift out on right foot and bring left foot to right into On-guard Position facing front, slow Right Cross Body Punch with breath,
7. - Step out into Right Seisan Stance, Right Augmented Inside Forearm Block,
8. - Step out into Left Zen Kutsu Stance, Downward X-Block (closed fists),
9. - Shift back into Left Cat Stance facing front, Upward X-Block (open hands), Twisting Control, Left Punch,
10. - Step forward into Right Seisan Stance, Right Punch to solar plexus (SP),
