2012 IKKF WINTER CAMP
The INTERNATIONAL KARATE KOBUDO FEDERATION is pleased to announce its 2012 IKKF WINTER CAMP, JANUARY 28 - 29, 2012.
The 2012 IKKF WINTER CAMP has been relocated from New Orleans back to the IKKF HONBU at Reading, Pa. for this years event. We hope to be back in New Orleans again for the 2013 event.
As usual, the focus of the 2012 IKKF WINTER CAMP is to provide intense training in Okinawan Karate, Okinawan Kobudo, Toide, & Applications
INSTRUCTORS:
The IKKF has at its Trainings provided our members with access to some of the best Senior Instructors in the world. Instructors for the 2012 IKKF WINTER CAMP will include:
o Hanshi C. Bruce Heilman, 9th Dan (Karate & Kobudo)
o Kyoshi Ann-Marie Heilman, 8th Dan (Karate & Kobudo)
o Hanshi Jody Paul, 9th Dan (Karate & Toide)
o Sensei Jeremy Schoener, 2nd Dan (Jiu-Jitsu)
o Plus IKKF Renshi-Kai Instructor Staff.
TOPICS:
The 2012 IKKF WINTER CAMP will run over 2 days covering BEGINNER, ADVANCED AND INSTRUCTOR training for:
o KARATE
o KOBUDO
o TOIDE
o GROUNDFIGHTING
o and HISTORY LECTURES.
Bring your own weapons as necessary. NO VIDEO TAPING is permitted of the seminar by seminar participants. IKKF Video Training Tapes will be available for order at the event.
YUDANSHA TESTING:
As usual for our WINTER CAMPS, a FORMAL YUDANSHA TESTING will be conducted on SATURDAY Evening. Any IKKF Dojo Heads who have members of their dojos they wish to recommend for promotional consideration should forward a copy of the individuals martial arts resume along with their promotional request (note - promotion fees should accompany recommendation for testing).
SCHEDULE:
The schedule for the two day training event is as follows:
Saturday, JANUARY 28th. - Registration 9am, Seminars 10 - 4:00pm
- Yudansha Testing - 5:30-8:00pm
Sunday, JANUARY 29th. - Seminars 10am - 2pm
COST FOR TRAINING:
Costs for the 2012 IKKF WINTER CAMP are as follows:
- IKKF Members $80.00 (Pre-registration), $90.00 (at door)
- Non-Members $95.00 (Pre-registration), $105.00 (at door)
PRE-REGISTRATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE IKKF BY DECEMBER 30, 2011 TO RECEIVE DISCOUNT
All participants will receive a quality CERTIFICATE OF ACHIEVEMENT signed by each of the Seminar Instructors.
