The following photos are of the HEILMAN KARATE ACADEMY (HKA Dojo) and IKKF Honbu located in Reading, Pennsylvania. The HKA has been serving the Reading area for over 41 years. The building was originally a maintenance shop and cold storage facility associated with an adjacent dairy operation which was remodeled in 1981 for use as a karate school. The "Dojo" (training hall) consists of close to 4,000 square feet located on two floors. The main training area is located on the second floor along with the visitor area and office. The first floor contains an additional workout area, fully matted for our Jiu-Jitsu Program. Mens and Ladies lockers and restroom facilities are also located on the lower floor. Please take a moment to view photos of our facility. Better yet, come out and visit our facility in person and inquire about our classes. The HKA Dojo is located at 102 Cleveland Avenue, Reading, Pa. 19605.
